We process phone and web orders Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm MST, with no minimum order required.

Policies to Know
Payment Policies (Phone & Online Orders)
- First-time customers must ship their first order to the billing address.
- To ship elsewhere, email a utility bill showing your desired shipping address.
Returns & Restocking
- Stones are final sale—we can provide photos and measurements before ordering.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, exchanges, or refunds.
In-Store Pickup Hold Times
- Orders are held for 2 days. If we cannot reach you, a refund will be issued with a 15% restocking fee.
Service Limitations
- We cannot process payments without proper verification.
- We cannot ship orders without required customer confirmation.
