Store Pickup Information
Make your shopping experience faster and easier with Thunderbird Supply’s convenient Store Pickup service. Order online or over the phone through our Mail Order Department, and our team will carefully gather and package your items for pickup at the location of your choice.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email or phone call. You may then pick up your order at your selected Thunderbird Supply location in Albuquerque, NM • Gallup, NM • Flagstaff, AZ.
Store pickup is not available for first-time customers in accordance with the First Time Customer Policy.

Monday–Friday: 8am – 5pm MST

Albuquerque

How Store Pickup Works
- Place Your Order
Order online or call our Mail Order Department to place your order. - Select Store Pickup
Choose Store Pickup at checkout or notify our team when ordering by phone. - Wait for Notification
We will call or email you once your order is ready. - Bring Your ID
A valid government-issued ID is required for pickup.
Need someone else to pick up your order?
Provide their name when placing the order and ensure they bring their ID. - Pickup Locations in Each Store
- Gallup: Wholesale or Front Sales at the cashier stand
- Albuquerque & Flagstaff: Cashier stand
What to Bring

Pickup Timeframes
Order Hold Time
We will hold your order for 2 days. We will call or email you if it has not been picked up.
If the Order Is Not Picked Up
We will attempt to reach you before issuing a refund.
Who Can Pick Up Your Order
Alternate Pickup Person
Yes — someone else can pick up your order. They must bring their ID, and their name must be provided to the Mail Order operator beforehand.
Returns & Exchanges for Pickup Orders
- Stones are final sale with no returns or exchanges.
- Please double-check your order before leaving the building.
- Important: You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Thunderbird Supply Company, a credit will be issued.
