Policy Updates

Scrap for Cash

Effective immediately, and until further notice, Thunderbird Supply will only give trade/credit for scrap. Thunderbird will not be paying cash back for any scrap transactions, and no partial trade/partial cash scrap transactions at this time.

Cutting Fees

  • Customer will purchase the entire weight including the loss due to the cutting loss from the blade and scrap pieces.
  • The charge is $35.00 per hour with half hour minimum…then rounded up to quarter hour increments…
  • We will not drop what we are doing to cut the stone, a lead time of 48 hours is the average, however we will try our best to get cut sooner (in some cases same day)
